ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DR.JAVVAJI KOTINAGAIAH AND ANR V/S YEDLAPALLI VEERAIAH AND ANR

AMARAVATI, India, May 6 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. It transpires from record that vide Order dated 05.12.2023, the Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.29778 of 2011 was closed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

2. Since the main Writ Petition itself has been closed on 05.12.2023, this Contempt Case filed complaining of the violation of the Interim Order dated 15.11.2011 in W.P.No.29778 of 2011 does not survive.

3. Having so recorded, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

4. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
