AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 21:
WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their Counsel Sri DEVALARAJU ANIL kCTmAR praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondents herein for their willful and deliberate violation of the interim Orders of this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.31947 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025.
WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri DEVALARAJU ANIL KUMAF Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondents to show cause as to \A/hy in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof the said case should not be admitted. You viz:
