ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DHANALAKSHMI NURSERY AND ORS.V/S SRI GOPALA KRISHNA DWIVEDI AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, March 2 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:

1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 10.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3489 of 2022.

2. During the course of hearing of this Contempt case, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court is complied with by 12.06.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same and would submit that the petitioner received the amount, for which, he is legally entitled.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
