AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 25 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 23:

1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilfull disobedience of the order, dated 29.01.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.25833 of 2014.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that as per the order, dated 29.01.2016, the petitioner made representation on 16.04.2016 for registration of the documents. Thereafter, the documents were registered as pending Document No.402 of 2016. In view of the same, learned counsel contends that the order of this Court is complied with and sought to close the Contempt Case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and submits that the order of this Court is complied with.

4. In view of the submissions made by the respective counsels recorded herein above, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
