AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 21:

Appeal Under Section 96 R/w Order 41 Rule 1 of C.P.C against the Judgment and decree dated 14-10-2024, passed in O.S.No.39 of 2016, on the file of Court of the Judge, Family Court-Cum-VII Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru.

Petition under Section 151 CPC under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dt. 14-10-2024 passed in O.S.No.39 of 2016 on the file of Court of the Judge Family Court-Cum-VII Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru including execution proceedings. Pending disposal of AS 358 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the appeal and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court dated. 24.07.2025, 22.11.2025, 10.12.2025 & 23.12.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.A.Ramachandra Murthy, Advocate for the Appellants, and of Sri S.Brahmananda Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No.3, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

1. Learned Special Government Pleader prays for further time to file affidavit as was directed by an order dated 23.12.2025 in terms of previous order dated 10.12.2025.

2. Poston 11.02.2026.

3. Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of listing.
