AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 21:

WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under section 10 fb 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their Counsel Sri CKR ASSOCIATES praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondent herein for gross and wilful violation of the Final order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 388^of 2025 dated 08.09.2025.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri CKR ASSOCIATES Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondent returnable in four(04) weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof the said case should not be admitted.

You Viz;

SMT. VIJAYA KRISHNAN IAS, The Collector and District Magistrate, Panchayat Wing, Anakapalli District, Anakapalli-531001 be and hereby are directed to show cause as to why this contempt case should not be admitted, either appearing in person or through Advocate duly instructed on 27.02:^026, to which date the case stands posted for hearing, failing wherein the said case will be heard and determined ex-parte.
