AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed questioning the violation of the interim order dated 22.09.2025 (25.09.2025) passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in W.P.No.25281 of 2025, wherein the following interim direction was given. "Therefore, there shall be an interim direction as under;

(i) The Petitioner shall submit his community certificate along with the community certificate of his father and sister issued by the State of Telangana;

(ii) On receipt o the same, the Respondents shall examine and take an appropriate decision with regard to appointment of the Petitioner for the post of School Assistant (Social Studies) before issuing the appointment orders;

(iii) Post on 23.10.2025." As the above order was not complied, the present Contempt Case is filed.

2. Along with the Counter-Affidavit, the Respondents filed the Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam vide Rc.No.04/A5/2024, dated 08.10.2025, wherein it is stated that the case of the Petitioner was considered and an order was passed rejecting the case of the Petitioner on the ground of non-submission of Integrated Community Certificate issued by the Tahsildar of State of Andhra Pradesh.

3. Though the learned counsel for the Petitioner contends that the order passed by the District Educational Officer is not in consonance with the interim order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to accept the same.

4. In view of the Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Krishna District, dated 08.10.2025, the Contempt Case is closed.

5. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
