ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BATCHU PATTABI RAM PRASAD V/S T SIVA SANKARA RAO IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

Sri S.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel, representing Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent authorities have passed order on the petitioner's representation and the petitioner intends to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum. Hence, prays to close the Contempt Case giving liberty to the petitioner to question the said order before the appropriate forum.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to question the said order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications are closed.
