ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BAIRAGI RAJU NADIMPALLI AND ORS. V/S DR K L NARSING RAO

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. The present contempt case has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.39790 of 2016 in W.P.No.32169 of 2016.

2. On 02.04.2026 no representation for the petitioners, hence matter is listed today i.e., 01.05.2026. Today also, none appeared for the petitioners. The main Writ Petition No.32169 of 2016 itself was dismissed for default.

3. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their legal remedies in accordance with law.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
