AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:
1. This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining non-compliance with the order dated 30.04.2009 passed by this Court in W.A.No.595 of 2009 by the respondents/contemnors.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors, on written instructions, would submit that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with. The respondents/contemnors are also present before the Court.
3. A copy of the said written instructions dated 20.03.2026 was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions, submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. 5. Therefore, the contempt case is closed.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
