ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AJ FABRICS, A PROPRIETOR FIRM V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, June 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on May 14:

1. Mr. Raviteja Padiri, learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed I.A.No.1 of 2026 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
