AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the Court has been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions, concedes that the order of the Court has been complied with.
3. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents, since the order of the Court is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
