ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON . VENKATA SRI KRISHNA MOHANA RAO AND ORS V/A N GANGADHARA KARAMCHAND GANDHI 3 ORS

AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:

1. A.S.No.270 of 2006 has been filed by the defendant Nos.2 to 4. The 1st defendant is the 2nd respondent in the appeal.

2. A.S.No.444 of 2006 has been filed by the plaintiff.

3. The suit for partition filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.66 of 1999 was dismissed on 17.03.2006 by the learned VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Krishna at Vijayawada, recording the finding in favour of the 1st defendant. The case of the 1st defendant was based on the Will.

4. The paper book has been placed by the Registry.

5. None appears for the parties in either of the appeals.

6. The matters pertain to the year 2006 and are listed in the Weekly Cause List.

7. Both the Appeal Suits are dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
