ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR R.VENKATESWARLU V/S SHASHI BHUSHAN KUMAR IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, March 8 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

At the time of considering the matter, Mr.Somaraju Yelisetti, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.3, 5, 7 and 9 and Mr. Nagaraju Pulagura, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.2 and 8 submitted that the order dated 13.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32050 of 2022 has been complied with.

They have also placed a copy of the letter dated 05.02.2026, received from the Principal Finance Secretary to Government, Finance Department, and the same is placed on record. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
