AMARAVATI, India, March 8 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:
As seen from the Communication dated 02.02.2026 of the respondent addressed to the learned Government Pleader / counsel for the respondent, it appears that a reference is made to the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Vijayawada Region, Vijayawada.
Since the orders dated 26.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.10934 of 2016 have been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, all pending applications shall stand closed.
