ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR K SUBRAMANYAM AND ORS. V/S BHARATH NARAYANA GUPTHA AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, March 8 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. No representation on behalf of the petitioners, even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption "for Dismissal". Be that as it may.

2. This Court vide Order dated 22.01.2026, dismissed the main Writ Petition No.21604 of 2019.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
