AMARAVATI, India, March 8 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:
1. It is represented by Mr.A.Tarun Kumar, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of the Contempt Case, the order in the writ petition has been implemented. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication.
2. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
