Abstract: A zipper manipulation assistive device, comprising of a body 101 having a proximal end and a distal end, developed to be engaged with zip of a garment, a U-shaped frame 102 affix the body 101 with the frame 102, an imaging unit 103 captures images of the surroundings, plurality of inverted L-shaped telescopic rods 111 extends towards each other, an electromagnet 104 locks the body 101 with the zip, a chamber 105 arranged with motorized roller 106 that unwraps optimum length of strap around the roller 106, pair of inverted L-shaped telescopic links 107 positions suction cups 108 over tangled fabric, suction unit generate suction pressure to manipulate the zipper, a microphone 109 receives voice command of the user regarding automatic manipulation of zip, an IR (Infrared) sensor detects the presence of irregularities in the teeth, speaker 110 notifies the user regarding irregularities.
