Abstract: The present invention discloses a Zero-Trust Financial Authorization Framework for Enterprise-Rayments that-enhances the- security,-integrity, and-reliability of enterprise financial transactions through continuous verification and adaptive authorization. Unlike conventional payment authorization systems that rely on one-time authentication and static approval mechanisms, the proposed framework continuously evaluates the trustworthiness of every payment request throughout its lifecycle. The framework integrates multiple functional modules, including identity verification, device trust assessment, contextual analysis, behavioral analytics, transaction integrity validation, organizational policy enforcement, dynamic trust evaluation, adaptive authorization, fraud intelligence, and comprehensive audit management. Each payment request is assigned a dynamic trust score based on user identity, device status, transaction characteristics, behavioral consistency, contextual information, and compliance with enterprise security policies. Authorization decisions are dynamically adapted according to the calculated trust level, enabling automatic approval, additional verification, managerial escalation, or transaction rejection. The invention further maintains secure and tamper-resistant audit records to support regulatory compliance, governance, and forensic investigations. By implementing Zero-Trust principles throughout the payment authorization process, the framework effectively mitigates unauthorized access, insider threats, credential compromise, business email compromise, payment fraud, and transaction manipulation. The invention is applicable to enterprise resource planning systems, banking platforms, treasury management systems, cloud-based financial applications, payment gateways, and other digital financial infrastructures, providing a scalable, intelligent, and resilient solution for secure enterprise payment authorization.
