Abstract: A yogurt preparation device, comprises of cylindrical body 101 configured with a circular platform 102 at bottom portion of the body 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 104 installed on the body 101, a motorized iris lid 105 to open for dispensing the milk from the chamber into the body 101, a heating unit 113 integrated with the platform 102 to regulate and maintain the optimal temperature, a motorized stirrer 108 for stirring the mixture to ensure uniform temperature distribution and consistency during the fermentation process, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 109 integrated within the body 101 to monitor preparation of the yogurt, a nozzle 107 attached with each of multiple to dispense flavouring agents on the mixture to prepare the user-desired yogurt, a sensing module to detect temperature level, humidity level and fermentation gases, respectively, during the yogurt preparation.
