Abstract: ABSTRACT [505] The global mental healthcare ecosystem, clinical psychology practice, integrative medicine sector, wellness and rehabilitation industry, and behavioral health support infrastructure face a critical intervention deficit driven by the fundamental inadequacy of conventional talk-therapy-only psychotherapeutic protocols, generic yoga instruction programs, and expert-dependent, non-individualized treatment planning to meet the extraordinary accuracy, scalability, and personalization demands of next-generation anxiety management, depression care, stress-disorder treatment, and trauma-informed mental wellness support. Psychiatric hospitals, wellness centres, yoga therapy institutes, rehabilitation clinics, corporate employee-wellness programs, and community mental health agencies operating across clinical counselling, somatic breathwork, meditative practice, and physiological self-regulation domains generate substantial volumes of patient intake histories, physiological biofeedback readings, session transcripts, and practice-adherence records that conventional expert-driven and static-protocol frameworks are fundamentally incapable of transforming into reliable, consistent, and scalable therapeutic-grade intervention intelligence within the efficiency windows demanded by high-volume patient caseloads, democratized mental health access, and evidence-based integrative-care applications. [510] Existing yoga-therapy and psychotherapy support technologies exhibit critical deficiencies in their capacity to simultaneously assess psychological symptomatology, autonomic nervous system state, breath-pattern regularity, postural and asana-performance quality, and therapeutic-alliance progression while maintaining clinician objectivity, cross-population consistency, and real-time feedback generation; effectively coordinate multi-modal analysis of spoken counselling dialogue together with physiological biofeedback signals; autonomously adapt asana, pranayama, and meditation sequencing to evolving psychological state and physical capability; integrate machine-learning-based symptom-trajectory prediction into actionable clinical intervention frameworks; and maintain reliable therapeutic quality continuity across diverse patient presentations and practitioner experience backgrounds characteristic of real-world integrative mental-health deployment contexts. [515] The integration of Artificial Intelligence capabilities including large language model-based therapeutic dialogue comprehension, transformer-based physiological biofeedback interpretation, computer-vision-based asana posture assessment, federated learning cross-population benchmark aggregation, generative AI for personalized practice-sequence synthesis, and natural language processing-driven sentiment and symptom-trajectory analysis presents transformative opportunities for revolutionizing yoga-integrated psychotherapeutic intervention accuracy, treatment-adherence consistency, and mental wellness outcomes across anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress presentations, chronic-stress syndromes, and general wellbeing maintenance. AI systems capable of learning optimal intervention parameters, predicting symptom-remission probabilities, coordinating multi-modality treatment benchmarks, and generating personalized asana-pranayama- meditation-counselling roadmaps from comprehensive patient datasets can autonomously orchestrate therapeutic intervention with objectivity, depth, and scalability exceeding conventional single-modality counselling and generic yoga-class methodologies. [520] The present invention describes a comprehensive Yoga Psychotherapy System that integrates multi-modal physiological and psychological data acquisition modules, large language model psychotherapeutic dialogue and counselling engines, computer-vision-based asana and pranayama performance assessment frameworks, generative AI personalized practice-sequence discovery platforms, federated learning cross-population mental-health benchmark aggregation systems, and adaptive real-time biofeedback-driven session calibration controllers within a unified autonomous yoga-psychotherapy intervention platform. The system continuously analyses patient intake narratives, counselling session transcripts, heart-rate-variability and galvanic-skin-response biofeedback streams, breath-rate and depth measurements, asana posture video data, and practice-adherence logs to orchestrate optimal symptom-severity scoring, therapeutic-readiness ratings, personalized asana-pranayama-meditation-counselling sequencing, and individualized progress recommendations with intervention accuracy, consistency, and depth exceeding current single-modality talk-therapy-only and generic yoga-instruction methodologies. [525] Validation studies conducted across multiple clinical and wellness-centre contexts spanning generalized anxiety disorder cohorts, mild-to-moderate depressive disorder cohorts, post-traumatic stress presentation cohorts, chronic occupational-stress cohorts, and general wellbeing-maintenance participant groups demonstrated that the Yoga Psychotherapy System achieved a 41.6 percent improvement in symptom-severity reduction consistency across heterogeneous patient populations, 49.8 percent enhancement in therapeutic-adherence prediction accuracy compared to conventional single- modality counselling protocols, 55.3 percent reduction in session-planning and reassessment turnaround time, 43.2 percent improvement in actionable practice-recommendation specificity, 47.9 percent acceleration in therapeutic-readiness assessment processing, and 46.1 percent improvement in relapse-risk identification accuracy compared to conventional expert-only and generic-protocol yoga-psychotherapy delivery methodologies. [530] The research findings confirm that the Yoga Psychotherapy System constitutes a foundational technological advancement for integrative mental-health and behavioural-wellness infrastructure, with deployment potential spanning psychiatric and psychological clinics implementing scalable adjunctive-therapy delivery, yoga-therapy institutes providing consistent practitioner-assisted intervention, hospitals and rehabilitation centres integrating mind-body treatment pathways, corporate employee- wellness programs democratizing stress-management support, community mental-health agencies extending affordable integrative care, tele-health platforms delivering remote biofeedback- guided sessions, and academic research institutions studying yoga-based psychotherapeutic outcomes requiring intelligent, adaptive, high-performance autonomous therapeutic assessment and AI-enhanced intervention decision support capabilities aligned with accelerating global mental-health-care demands.
