Abstract: ABSTRACT YOGA MENTOR The present invention discloses a yoga mentor. The yoga mentor comprises a piezoelectric sensor which detects the pressure and shows the correct posture accordingly, a microcontroller has preprogramed asanas wherein can be changed according to our convenience, an automatic display can change its degree according to our standing position, a sensor present in the yoga mat can detect incorrect posture and instantly notify in the LCD display and, a Bluetooth connects the LCD display with the electronic devices to indicate the timing of asanas. The front side of the mat features a high-resolution display that provides real-time feedback, instructions, and visualizations tailored to the user's progress. Embedded sensors within the mat continuously monitor various aspects of the user's body, including posture, balance, pressure distribution, and alignment.
