Abstract: A yarn thread knitting assistive device, comprising an U-shaped extendable frame 101 developed to be positioned over an auxiliary box stored with yarn roll, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity to the frame 101, a motorized clamping unit 103 for securing the frame 101 over the box, an inverted L-shaped telescopic rod 104 for positioning a cylindrical member 105 over center of the yarn roll, expandable pulley arrangement 106 for modulating diameter of the member 105 for facilitating precise insertion of the member 105 over center of the yarn, a microphone 107 for receiving voice commands of the user for accessing the yarn from the box while knitting, a telescopically operated gripper 108 extend for gripping free-end of the yarn and motorized pop-out balls 109 for translating the yarn towards the user’s hand, thereby allowing the user to knit with ease.
