Abstract: A writing tool nib cover applying device comprising of a housing 101 positioned on a ground surface installed with a conveyor, an imaging unit 104 mounted within the housing 101 for capturing multiple images of the writing tool, multiple motorized iris lids 105 installed in the slots 103 for getting closed in view of in the slots 103, a slider crank press mechanism 108 integrated in between the plate 106 and bar 107 for providing downward movement to the plate 106 for dipping the plate 106 within a chamber 109 stored with liquid wax, multiple circular slots 110 carved on the plate for accommodating the wax within the plate 106, a linear actuator 111 installed in between the crank press mechanism 108 and the bar 107 for providing forward movement to the plate 106, a hot air blower 112 installed within housing 101 to solidify the wax over the nib.
