Abstract: The present invention discloses a computer-implemented system (100) and method for quantifying workplace incivility across ten predefined behavioural dimensions using a weighted composite Workplace Incivility Index. The system (100) comprises a dimension repository module (120) storing ten incivility dimensions, an item repository (150) housing structured survey items, an expert assessment module (160) that captures panel-based severity ratings, a severity-to-weight transformation module (180) applying a linear transformation to convert mean severity scores into dimensional weights, a frequency data collection module (190) obtaining employee- reported frequency responses on a Likert scale, and a weighted aggregation engine (210) that computes the composite index as the sum of the product of mean frequency and computed weight across all dimensions. A classification module (220) maps the resulting index onto a normalised range extending from ten to one hundred and fifty to generate an interpretable organisational incivility profile through a reporting dashboard (230).
