Real-time coordinates are used to dynamically scale search areas based on local job density to prevent empty results or overwhelming listings. Match generation is done through a multi-criteria engine to make sure that jobs are ranked by spatial proximity, skill fit, and quantifiable user trust scores (ERS and EES). The system helps ingest job data securely with anomaly monitoring and avoids the exposure of fraudulent listings, resulting in high job completion rates and lower cancellation metrics.
