Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based Women Safety Analytics system designed to enhance public safety through intelligent real-time surveillance using existing CCTV infrastructure. The system continuously acquires live video streams and processes them through advanced computer vision and behavioral analytics modules to identify individuals, monitor movement patterns, and detect activities associated with potential threats. The proposed framework performs video enhancement, human detection, crowd density estimation, and temporal behavior analysis to recognize suspicious events such as loitering, stalking, aggressive actions, abnormal crowd formation, and prolonged following behavior. A multi-parameter risk assessment engine evaluates contextual and behavioral indicators and generates a dynamic threat probability score representing the severity of the detected situation. Based on predefined thresholds, the system classifies events into different risk categories and automatically issues prioritized alerts to monitoring authorities through a centralized dashboard. The dashboard provides real- time notifications, live surveillance feeds, incident records, and evidence management features to support rapid decision-making and timely intervention. The invention further enables automatic storage of relevant snapshots and video clips for verification and investigation purposes. By transforming conventional surveillance cameras into an intelligent preventive monitoring network, the system improves situational awareness, reduces response time, minimizes dependence on continuous manual observation, and strengthens women’s safety across diverse public environments effectively.
