Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based conversational safety system configured to provide real-time assistance during potential safety-related situations. The system receives voice or text communication from a user and processes the communication using natural language processing and artificial intelligence to identify indicators of distress, fear, threat, or an unsafe situation and determine an associated severity. When an emergency condition is identified, an automated safety protocol obtains the user's geographical location, generates an emergency alert, and transmits the alert together with location information to one or more registered emergency contacts. The system further provides situation-dependent safety guidance and access to emergency resources including nearby police stations, hospitals, and helpline information. For non-emergency situations, the system can provide preventive safety tips, awareness information, and legal-rights guidance. The invention thereby integrates conversational interaction, intelligent distress assessment, location-based emergency response, automated alerting, and continuing assistance into a unified digital safety platform
