Abstract: Fishing is a prehistoric practice that dates back at least 70,000 years. Fishing is nothing more than trying to catch fish. Fishing is an activity that is fun and provides an income for those who are passionate about it. They face many challenges: Food insecurity, lack of fishing equipment, damage to boats by rocks, sustainability, resource handling and management. This work focused mainly on the damage to the boats. Nowadays, fishermen use a high-contrast lens to monitor underwater activity, and it helps them find and avoid obstacles that harm our boats. It is a wired lens that connects to the monitor and looks like a normal graphic and has a range of only 10 metres. In this work, we will use a radar lens that is wireless and controlled by a remote sensor to see the subsurface water of the ocean through a monitor with a capacity of 20 metres, with the advantage of a visual graphic to escape from harmful rock or substances. It also helps to fish many fish.
