Abstract: 7. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTI:Hir.Jdusthan Institute ofTechnol DATE r: . ogy This study explores presents the design and ,nff:mH~Rftlbn.f~IU. G:ail, time !CUJ ~:~ยง~~~ monitoring system that leverages advanced sensor technology and the ESP32 m for efficient healthcare management. The system incorporates a OS 18B20 temperature sensor to measure body temperature, analog sensors to monitor heart rate and respiratory activity, and an MPU6050 sensor to detect patient movement. Data from these sensors is processed and transmitted wirelessly, enabling continuous monitoring and timely alerts for critical changes in patient health. This low-cost, scalable solution aims to enhance patient outcomes by improving the accuracy and responsiveness of healthcare systems in intensive care units. This research presents a novel ICU patient monitoring system that utilizes the internet of things (JoT) to continuously monitor vital signs like temperature, humidity, pulse rate, and blood pressure in real-time. The system's data processing and collection is powered by Arduino microcontrollers, and its storage and analysis is made easy by the sophisticated real-time using ThingSpeak's powerful analytics features. When anything out of the ordinary happens with YOIr vitals, you may set up alerts and notifications to let the doctors know. In order to improve healthcare delivery efficiency and allow for remote monitoring, the system offers a user-friendly interface that can be accessed by online or mobile apps. Keywords: Real-time monitoring, ICU patient monitoring, ESP32 microcontroller, OS 18820 temperature sensor, MPU6050 motion sensor, heart rate monitoring, respiratory activity, ThingSpeak analytics, healthcare efficiency, vital sign tracking.
