Abstract: Provided are a wireless communication method and a communication device. The method comprises: a communication device determining the distance between a satellite and a terminal device on the basis of the movement speed of the satellite and a first RTT, wherein the first RTT is determined by means of a first positioning signal and a second positioning signal, the first positioning signal is sent by the satellite to the terminal device, and the second positioning signal is sent by the terminal device to the satellite. The present application proposes that, when the distance between the satellite and the terminal device is calculated, not only an RTT but also the movement speed of the satellite needs to be taken into consideration. That is to say, dynamic position change conditions of the satellite and the terminal device can be taken into consideration when the distance between the satellite and the terminal device is calculated, thus positioning the terminal device more accurately.
