Abstract: A wire wrapping device for transmission line conductors, comprising of A body 101 having a handle 102 for acquiring a grip, a free end of the body 101 is arranged with a frame 103 that is positioned to a transmission line conductor, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 installed on the body 101 and paired with a proximity sensor integrated with the body 101 for detecting free-end of a wire coiled over a roller installed on the body 101, an ultrasonic sensor installed on the frame 103 for detecting placement of the frame 103 on the transmission line conductor, a motorized clipper 106 attached with the frame 103 to grip free-end of the wire, a motorized circular sliding unit 107 integrated between circumference of the frame 103 and the clipper 106, to rotate the clipper 106 along circumference of the frame 103.
