MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641099339 A) filed by Itsmadeezy Innovative Solutions on August 17, 2026, for Wind Turbine Apparatus With Active Air-Flow Control.

Inventor includes Hameed Mohideen Abdulkadir Kalvathi.

The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of renewable energy generation, and more particularly to wind turbines for converting wind energy into electrical power. As a technical advancement over existing knowledge, conventional wind turbines require large installation footprints, operate inefficiently at low wind speeds, and are typically shut down entirely during high-wind conditions, resulting in lost power generation. The present invention overcomes these limitations through a wind turbine apparatus comprising a propeller assembly having curved, spoon-shaped blades configured to redirect incoming airflow from a low-torque central region toward a high-torque outer radial region; a coaxially mounted wind deflector assembly, positioned upstream of the propeller, having independently adjustable shutters that direct and regulate the incoming airflow; a protective cage enclosing both assemblies; and a control system that monitors turbine performance and dynamically adjusts the deflector shutters to sustain power generation at a maximum safe output without requiring shutdown, even under high-wind conditions. The invention is principally used for generating electrical power from wind energy, particularly in domestic, urban, and other space-constrained or wind-variable installations requiring higher efficiency at lower rotational speeds, improved safety, and reduced noise.
