Abstract: The titled invention discloses a wheelchair system for assisting physically challenged and elderly individuals through intelligent mobility and healthcare monitoring. The eye blink detection unit (1) detects intentional eye blink patterns and the microcontroller unit (10) generates wheelchair movement commands corresponding to the interpreted intentional eye blink patterns to control the DC motors (4) through the relay driver circuit (9). The obstacle detection unit (2) continuously detects nearby obstacles to prevent collisions, while the health monitoring module (5) continuously measures blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The loT communication interface (7) transmits mobility and physiological data to the cloud storage platform (8) for real-time remote monitoring and historical analysis. The integrated system provides safe, hands-free, low-cost, and user-friendly mobility assistance with continuous healthcare supervision.
