Abstract: A welding assessment and training device, comprising a kiosk 101, an identification unit to autonomously authenticate a user by extracting enrollment data from a physical identification credential, cross referencing the extracted data with a live biometric profile, and digitally authorizing a session profile to permanently bind subsequent execution data to a verified individual, a Questioner module operatively with a central control unit and a display unit 116 to dynamically generate a plurality of questions relating to welding procedure specifications, material properties, safety protocols, and operational techniques, the user answering the questions through a touch interactive keyboard 104 formed on the display unit 116, a multi spectral camera 105 and synchronized with a convolutional neural network (CNN) module to continuously track spatial geometry of the welding process, calculate electrode angular deviation, measure rod consumption, evaluate arc length stability.
