Abstract: Abstract A weight-calibrated pediatric syrup pump bottle for precise oral medication administration is disclosed in the current invention. A container, a pump head, and a rotary weight selection dial _ _ that_ is_ mechanically attached-to a variable stroke pump-mechanism make up the-apparatus. When a predetermined pediatric weight range is chosen, the pump stroke length is changed so that a single full actuation dispenses a preset dose that corresponds to the chosen weight. The invention improves kid safety, lowers medication errors, and does away with manual dose measurement. The system is appropriate for both home and clinical use and runs mechanically without the need for electronic components
