Abstract: A weed removal device comprises of telescopic rod 101 having an elongated cylindrical housing 201 at the upper end for enabling a user to acquire a grip onto the rod 101, plurality of iris lids 202 provided on the housing 201 for gripping onto fingers of the user, a rectangular plate 102 attached at a lower end of the rod 101 by a quick return mechanism to cut weed on a ground surface, a pair of motorized omnidirectional wheels 105 attached at the ends for a locomotion of the rod 101 on the ground surface, a tactile sensor provided on the plate 102 detects a hardness of the weed, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 106 installed on rod 101 recording and processing images in a vicinity of rod 101, a speaker 107 provided in housing 201 to generate an audio alert for the user regarding a removal of the obstacle.
