Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a web-based plant care system (100) for urban plant care and garden management comprising a plant knowledge database (120), a graphical interface (118), and a hardware processor (104). The hardware processor (104) is configured to receive a set of microclimate parameters (112) corresponding to growing locations of a plurality of plants in a gardening profile, retrieve plant-specific care data from the plant knowledge database (120) based on the received set of microclimate parameters (112) and a geographic season, compute a numerical plant health score for each plant by correlating the received set of microclimate parameters (112) with the retrieved plant-specific care data, and generate a care guidance output comprising the computed numerical plant health score and a recommended care action via the graphical interface (118). The set of microclimate parameters (112) is specific to the growing locations at a granularity finer than macro-level geographic data. FIG. 1
