Abstract: A weather-protected cloth drying device, comprises of a platform 101 adapted to be positioned over a surface, multiple suction units 102 installed underneath the platform 101 to create negative pressure to affix the platform 101 over the surface, a vertical telescopic pole 103 is mounted over platform 101 to position the links 104 at optimal position relative to user to comfortably position wet clothes to be dried over the links 104, an imaging unit 105 installed on the pole 103 to determine presence and height of a user, multiple hooks 106 are configured with each of the links 104, to create an adequate space between the clothes to facilitate uniform drying of the hanged clothes, a telescopic bar 107 configured with a canopy arrangement 108 to deploy the canopy over the pole 103 to protect the clothes from rain.
