Abstract: The invention pertains to a biosensor platform that is wearable and designed for continuous physiological monitoring, specifically activated by YKL-40 levels. This system consists of several integral components: a biomarker sensing unit, a signal processing module, a calibration control module, and a closed-loop feedback mechanism. The biomarker sensing unit is engineered to identify and measure levels of the YKL-40 biomarker from biological samples, including sweat, saliva, or other bodily fluids, employing an electrochemical immunosensor. Subsequently, the signals received from this sensor are processed and subject to analysis for the purpose of detecting any alterations in biomarker levels or potential sensing discrepancies. Upon identification of variations that surpass established thresholds, the calibration control module automatically modifies the calibration parameters, thereby eliminating the need for manual intervention. This system maintains continuous observation of the sensor output and executes adaptive self-calibration, ensuring precision and dependability over extended periods of use. Potential implementations of the wearable biosensor platform include configurations such as wristbands, patches, or other flexible sensing devices, suitably employed for healthcare and physiological monitoring application
