Abstract: The invention relates to a system (100) for real-time, device-based evaluation of human performance. It comprises a wearable sensing assembly (101) connected to a signal-conditioning front-end (102) and a communication interface (103) for transmitting physiological or motion signals to a processing unit (105) containing a baseline calibration module (106) and a computation module (107). The computation module (107) derives a quantitative indicator from time, effort, and skill parameters according to a weighted function executed in hardware. Processed data are stored in a data-storage module (108) and displayed through a feedback and decision interface (109) to guide rest, training, or task optimization. The system (100) thereby achieves objective, reproducible, and adaptive measurement of human activity and productivity.
