Abstract: A wearable supervision device for diabetic foot ulcers, comprising an insole body 101 configured to be fitted within footwear of a user, a frame and an inner contact layer 102 configured to interface with a plantar region of a corresponding foot, a sensor cluster to detect localized peak-pressure zones, thermal anomalies, microvascular pattern variation, skin discoloration, bacterial growth, pathogen concentration, and muscle electrical activity, a therapeutic assembly including a pressure offloading module, a thermal management module, a regenerative gel storage chamber 108 fluidly coupled to a microfluidic conduit network 109 for gel delivery via an integrated solenoid valve 110, a neuro-stimulation module, a tactile therapy module, and a UVC irradiation modules configured to provide adaptive therapeutic treatment, and a wireless communication module configured to transmit sensor data, wound-risk state, and therapy status to a wirelessly linked external computing unit.
