Abstract: A wearable shielding device for adverse weather conditions, comprises of a frame 101 having multiple U-shaped plate arranged in a stacked manner, a pair of circular opening 102 to carry the frame 101 preferably on the user’s shoulder, a sensing module for detecting unfavorable weather conditions, a motorized sliding unit integrated in between ends of the plates and each associated opening 102 for translating the plates to deploy over the user’s head, an imaging unit 103 integrated in the frame 101 to determine deposition of snow onto the plates, a heating unit to provide heating effect onto the plates, a server to retrieve information relevant to the user-provided task, and an AR (Augmented Reality) display unit 104 mounted with the frame 101 for providing virtual assistance for the user-provided task.
