Abstract: ABSTRACT WEARABLE SENSOR-BASED NEONATAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING PERSONALISED NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS The present invention discloses a wearable sensor-based neonatal system for generating one or more personalised nutrition recommendations based on a plurality of physiological parameters. The wearable sensor-based neonatal system comprises a wearable biosensing patch (100) having a biocompatible adhesive layer (102) and a flexible substrate (104) with a plurality of sensors (106) configured to generate multi-sensor physiological data comprising electrocardiogram data, photoplethysmography data, body temperature data, and motion data. A signal conditioning circuit (116) generates amplified electrocardiogram data. One or more hardware processors (118) execute a plurality of subsystems including a data obtaining subsystem, a motion data processing subsystem, a parameter extraction subsystem, a baseline calorie computation subsystem, a caloric expenditure determination subsystem, and a personalised nutrition recommendation subsystem configured to generate the one or more personalised nutrition recommendations based on estimated caloric expenditure relative to baseline calorie consumption data for optimising nutritional intake of the infant.
