Abstract: A wearable quantum biomagnetic stroke risk detection system, comprises of a conformal wearable sensing assembly 101 to conform to anatomical contours of the neck and scalp, a quantum sensing array 102 to detect patient-origin bio magnetic fields and ambient magnetic noise, a quantum excitation and entanglement module to initialize spin states of nitrogen-vacancy centers, generate entangled states among adjacent sensor clusters, and execute bio magnetic sensing sequences, an optical readout module to convert spin-state-dependent fluorescence into multi-channel digital magnetic field data, an environmental noise suppression module to suppress ambient magnetic interference, a physiological artifact suppression module to provide reference physiological signals for removal of heartbeat and respiration artifacts, a clinician output interface 103 to present magnetic field maps, biomarker traces, trend outputs, confidence indicators, or recommended follow-up actions, and a storage and communication module to store longitudinal patient data, generate a clinical report, and transmit an alert to a clinician.
