Abstract: The present invention discloses a wearable posture monitoring and adaptive correction system (100) configured to detect and correct postural deviations in real time. The system (100) comprises a flexible substrate module (110) adapted to be positioned along at least a portion of a spinal axis of a user, a sensing module (120) comprising a plurality of distributed sensor nodes configured to generate motion data corresponding to orientation and movement of anatomical regions, a processing module (130) configured to analyse the motion data and determine relative angular relationships between sensor nodes to identify postural deviations relative to a reference posture, and a feedback module (140) comprising a plurality of haptic actuators configured to generate directional haptic feedback. The processing module (130) activates at least one haptic actuator in response to detected deviations to facilitate adaptive postural correction, thereby enabling continuous monitoring, real-time corrective intervention, and improved ergonomic alignment.
