Abstract: A wearable posture correction device, comprising a wearable body 101 to support posture monitoring and correction during daily activities, a sensor array to monitor spatial alignment, shoulder orientation, pelvic positioning, lateral balance and physiological stress indicators, a neck and upper cervical correction assembly configured to generate controlled posterior force for correcting forward head posture, a thoracic and lower lumbar guided channel assembly configured to encourage thoracic extension and upright posture during sagittal plane slumping, a shoulder alignment correction assembly configured to apply balanced posterior tension for promoting scapular retraction and symmetrical alignment, a lateral core posture alert assembly configured to detect lateral deviation and provide vibratory alerts for correcting asymmetrical posture, a physiological monitoring module 205 to correlate autonomic stress markers with posture degradation patterns.
