Abstract: ABSTRACT The proposed invention, Wearable Language Learning Aid for Native Speech Development, is an AI-enabled wristband designed to preserve and promote native language learning among children in remote and resource-constrained communities. The device integrates a microphone, speaker, offline speech library, interactive voice-based quizzes, and simple control buttons to provide an engaging and accessible language learning experience without requiring internet connectivity. The wristband supports children in practicing pronunciation, listening comprehension, storytelling, and conversational skills in their mother tongue through daily interactive activities. It further enables parents and educators to monitor learning progress and customize culturally relevant content through device synchronization. Developed using lightweight and child-friendly materials, the wearable ensures comfort, durability, and ease of use for long-term learning. The invention addresses the growing decline of tribal and indigenous languages in India by bridging the gap between traditional language preservation and modern AI-based educational technology. The proposed solution contributes toward cultural preservation, inclusive education, and sustainable linguistic development for future generations.
