Abstract: Heart rate is a vital physiological parameter that provides important information about an individual's health, physical activity, and emotional state. The present invention relates to the design and development of a wearable heart rate tracker capable of continuously monitoring heart rate in a non-invasive manner. The device is designed as a compact, lightweight, and user-friendly wearable unit suitable for daily use. The wearable heart rate tracker integrates an optical heart rate sensing module, an embedded processing unit, and a wireless communication system. The optical sensor detects variations in blood flow beneath the skin and converts them into electrical signals. These signals are processed by the embedded controller to calculate heart rate accurately in real time. The processed data is transmitted wirelessly to an external display device such as a smartphone or monitoring system for visualization and analysis. The device operates under low-power constraints using a rechargeable battery with integrated safety protection, ensuring reliable and safe long-term usage. The invention provides a cost-effective, non-invasive, and portable solution for continuous heart rate monitoring.
