Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a wearable healthcare apparatus for acquisition, communication, and clinical assessment of physiological information of a patient. The apparatus comprises a wearable body unit supported relative to a body region of the patient, a physiological sensor set carried by the wearable body unit to acquire physiological signals, and a processing controller accommodated within the wearable body unit to generate health parameter data from the physiological signals. A wireless communication circuit transmits the health parameter data to a server. The server stores the health parameter data, compares the health parameter data with condition rules, and generates a patient condition status based on the comparison. A clinical display interface operatively connected to the server presents the health parameter data and patient condition status for review by a healthcare user.
